In designing the Belt Impulse Cutter, we developed a machine that needs very little maintenance. Since the machine is to operate automatically, maintenance functions are limited. Basically very little maintenance is needed.
From time-to-time various components will need to be replaced; however since the cut time is so short, less than 1 second, the impulse wire and Teflon coated Fiberglas should last a long time.
