Photo on left shows the inside of the Safety Switch.

220 VAC Input feeds from lower left corner.  Prior to hooking up electricity to this machine, make sure the circuit breaker from where the input power wire comes from is in the off position.

Hook up the Black incoming power wire to where shown in the photo.  Hook up the White incoming power wire to where shown in photo.  Hook up the Green Ground incoming wire to the top of the Safety Switch box where you will see the Ground line feeding the machine.  This means that the Safety Switch is not being used to fuse the Ground line.

Next tighten the BX cable.

Then close the Safety Switch.

FRL -- Filter-Regulator-Lubricator

FRL located on the right side of the Power/Transformer section of the machine.

From your Compressor, hook up the air hose line on the quick disconnect fitting of the FRL for compressed air input.  Make sure your compressor is on.  Check Air Gage to assure machine air pressure is 40 psi.  If it is not set correctly, gently lift the Regulator Air Pressure Adjustment and turn the knob in either direction to set correct air pressure.
