eme-633-crate2

Loaded onto the pallet are both sections for 2 Belt Impulse Cutter machines.

Lower section consists of the Power/Transformer sections for each of the two machines.

Upper section consists of the Cutter sections for each of the two machines.

Power cords and air hoses connect the Power/ Transformer section to Cutter section.  When unpacking please use caution to assure that you do not sever any of the connecting cords or hoses.

Start unpacking by removing the stretch plastic material closing in the pallet.  Next remove the cardboard.  Cardboard is held in place with staples.  Cardboard used to protect power cords and air hoses during transportation.

After removing the stretch plastic material, carefully remove the wood frame to expose Cutter Units.  Cut plastic strapping material.

Next remove the wooden upright closest to the power cords and air hose.  Start by removing one corner; i.e., wood vertical 2x4 shown closest the the  text on the photo to the left.  After removing this vertical 2x4, remove the Cutter unit directly above it and position it on the floor next to the corresponding Transformer/ Power unit.

After moving the Cutter unit, reposition vertical 2x4; and remove vertical 2x4 supporting the other Cutter unit.  Follow the same instructions.

Removing the Power/Trans- former units starts by cutting strapping material holding it to the pallet.  Next remove all 2x4 wooden supports surrounding the units.

Note:  We used duct tape to secure cardboard against open exposed nails and screws.  Use caution when removing duct tape.

Once packing materials are removed, please make sure that both Power/ Transformer unit and corresponding Cutter unit are move together.  They are permanently tethered with enough wire to separate sections by approximately 72 inches as per specification.
