The custom unit specifically designed for ITW Insulated Products uses a slightly different format as shown in the photo below. This modification provides separate heat controls for upper and lower sealing bars.
As you view the following screenshots, note that your screenshot includes two setting groups for each material (as shown above). Settings for Upper Sealing Bar (Top) and Lower Sealing Bar (Bottom). Settings will be described in following pages, however it is important to note that the sequence of operations used for your machine when “Both” is selected in SETUP menu is: Note that if “Both” is not selected, then either only the Upper or Lower Sealing Bar will provide heat.
